Video: Yemeni army destroys military tank in Dhalea



DHALEAH-  Video Footage released on late Saturday by the military media of the Yemeni army shows the anti-armor units targeting a military tank belonging to Saudi-hired mercenaries in Dhalea province, southern Yemen.

The video showed the moment when a Kornet rocket bombed the tank in Damt district.

The Guardian Newspaper: 6300 British officer and Soldiers Participate in Saudi Aggression on Yemen



SANA’A -An investigation by the Guardian Newspaper revealed the nature of London’s role in Saudi Arabia’s deadly war in Yemen.

The newspaper pointed out that Britain does not support Riyadh only with weapons, but also there are about 6,300 Britain soldiers working in Saudi military bases for the maintenance of warplanes war.

The newspaper said that the British aid is contributing to the continuation of the brutal war, which is considered as a violation of law by the Government Britain.

The paper confirmed that Saudi Arabia joined forces in its war against Yemen, with Britain and the United States.

Britain is not only supplying weapons to this war; it is also equipped with the personnel and expertise necessary to continue the war. Its government has deployed members of the Royal Air Force to work as engineers and training Saudi pilots.

BAE System Britain’s the largest arms company in Britain is making a larger role in the war where the government secretly hired it to purchase weapons, to maintain the jets and its staff engineers are inside Saudi Arabia.

The Guardian quoted John Deverell, a former attaché in the British Ministry of Defense, and a defense attaché to Saudi Arabia and Yemen, saying ” the Saudis would not be able to launch this war without Britain”,

“Without us, a jet will not be able to fly in the sky in seven to 14 days,” he said.

The Newspaper added that the mere arrival of these weapons into Saudi Arabia means the end of the British mission. The Saudi Army lacks the experience to use these weapons to wage an ongoing air war. The company, under another contract with the UK government, provides what is known as” with in the country services ”

The newspaper added that this means that about 6,300 British contractors are based in Saudi Arabia’s forward operations bases. There, Saudi pilots are trained and basic day and night maintenance is carried out on aircraft exhausted from flying thousands of miles across the Sahara to the Kingdom in Yemen.

They also supervise Saudi soldiers to load bombs on aircraft, and to set their own valves for intended purposes.

Missile attack hits Saudi mercenaries in Najran



NAJRAN-The Missile Forces of the Yemeni army have on Wednesday fired a Badr F missile on gatherings of Saudi troops and their mercenaries in Najran region, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the official, the missile hit the coalition mercenaries at al-Sawh area, leaving dozens of dead and wounded in the ranks of the coalition troops.

For his part, the Spokesman of the Yemen’s Armed forces, Brigadier General Yahya Sare’e said that the Badr F missile targeted large gatherings of the Saudi enemy and its mercenaries in front of Najran, and that the missile hit its target as planned, leaving heavy casualties on the Saudis ranks.

Dozens of ambulance vehicles were seen rushing to the scene in order to transport the dead and wounded, Brigadier General Yahya Sare’e added.

He confirmed that this operation is documented and will be aired on Yemeni media, stressing that it has caused panic and fear, and created mass confusion among the enemy’s ranks.

Yemeni cruise missile hits Jizan power plant



JIZAN – The Missile Forces of the Yemeni army have on Wednesday fired a cruise missile on a Saudi power plant in the border province of Jizan, a military official said.

The official said in a statement that the missile hit the station in al-Shaqiq area accurately.

For his part, the Spokesman of the Yemeni a Armed forces, Brigadier General Yahya Sare’e said that the cruise missile its target as planned, and that the attack is a response to the many crimes committed by the Saudi-led aggression coalition against the Yemeni people.

Sare’e said that there is a series of surprise attacks coming against vital infrastructural and economical positions in Saudi Arabia, if the Riyadh regime continues to wage war and impose siege on Yemen.

Last week, the Yemeni army fired a cruise missile at Saudi Arabia’s Abha airport, inflicting heavy damage and completely putting the airport out of operation for a while.

The use of cruise missile technology is very new in the Yemeni conflict. Before last week, it wasn’t even known that Yemen possessed any cruise missiles at all. The development and production of the hitherto unknown missile apparently happened in utmost secrecy, showing the military defence capacities of the Yemeni nation.
