ADEN – A strong explosion was heard in the Yemeni southern port city of Aden when an unknown gunman threw on Sunday a sound bomb on a bank in the city, security sources told Yemen Press Agency.
The official affirmed that the unknown gunmen threw the bomb on Al Kurimi Islamic Microfinance Bank in the district of Sheikh Ottman.
No casualties have been reported, the sources added.
The sources did not mention the motivation for the attack.
Aden city and other southern provinces, under the control of the UAE occupation forces, have been witnessing a case of chaos insecurity amid the spread of armed groups of al-Qaeda and Daesh and increasing violations against civil and military figures.
